Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
  • Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, customer relations, PR, and business promotion techniques.

Skills

  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
  • Minimum 4 years outside B2B sales experience in the service industry. Pest Control, Cleaning, or Facilities Management is a must..
