Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and visitors about the company, its services, and its location.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Keep reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
